Iraq violence “directly linked” to Syria crisis – Moscow
MOSCOW: Russia has claimed that the current escalation of violence in Iraq is “directly linked” to the crisis in neighboring Syria.
Back in May, former Guatemalan dictator Efrain Ríos Montt was convicted on charges of genocide and crimes against humanity in an historic case, the first time a former head of state had been prosecuted for genocide by his own country. Ten days after his conviction, the Constitutional Court annulled the verdict and wiped Rios Montt’s slate clean again.
When I first heard yesterday that there was a massive shooting in a shopping mall in Nairobi, Kenya that killed supposedly 68 people, while injuring some 150+, I was my usual skeptical self....

Following the deadly shooting of an Israeli soldier in Hebron city, in the southern part of the occupied West Bank, Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, vowed to boost settlement activities, and ordered the Civil Administration, to take all needed measures to allow the return of Israeli settlers into a Palestinian home they previously occupied in Hebron.
It may not be wise to judge a book by its cover, but it’s entirely appropriate to judge an organization by its leader.

Syrian armed opposition may be ordered by its foreign sponsors to stage a false flag operation against foreign inspectors when they arrive in the country to monitor destruction of the country’s chemical weapons stockpile, says the Syrian president.
NATO's North African terror tidal wave predictably sweeps into Kenya.September 23, 2013 (Tony Cartalucci) - At face value, and how the Western media is attempting to portray it, the Westgate Mall siege in Kenya's capital city of Nairobi appears to be yet another senseless terrorist attack by the "religious fanatics" of Al Qaeda's Somalia franchise, Al Shabaab.
While the Western media focuses on turmoil in the Middle East, America’s annual ritual of formalizing its insolvency, and whatever other ginned up "crisis" has our attention for the moment, a moment of truth in the world’s most populous country is being steadfastly ignored by all the Very Serious People in Washington, D.C. That’s because […]
For at least the last six years, government agents have been exploiting an AT&T database filled with the records of billions of American phone calls from as far back as 1987. The rationale behind this dragnet intrusion, codenamed Hemisphere, is to find suspicious links between people with "burner" phones (prepaid mobile phones easy to buy, […]

Vladimir Simonov — NEO (New Eastern Outlook) September 23, 2013 The United States and its Wahhabi allies have switched from financial blackmail to direct aggression against Russia. On this occasion, a mortar bombardment of the Russian Embassy took place in Damascus on the morning of Sunday, September 22. Three staff members were injured. As [...]
Earlier I was criticizing Beltway Democrats for hypocrisy. Maybe I just should have said Beltway politicians. It was hard to watch Tennessee Republican Stephen Fincher, a Methodist gospel singer aside from the congressman for the 8th district (Jackson, Germantown, Dyersburg and the whole western part of the state minus Memphis), voting to cut $40 billion from the food stamp program for the neediest American families.

Not Too Smart: New rabbi-approved ‘kosher’ phones are being marketed to ultra-Orthodox Israelis. They are like their high-tech treyf cousins, but disabled to avoid the internet or even phone calls. (Forward caption)"[H]ow does a smart phone cross from treyf to kosher? It has to be de-smarted.
This week our guest is once again Dr. Stanley Monteith, retired orthopaedic surgeon, veteran Christian researcher and radio host, who joins us to discuss the thesis of his controversial article, "The Population Control Agenda." Arguing that there exists a hidden agenda within elitist circles to reduce the world's human population by over 90%, Dr. Monteith indicates ways in which he believes this agenda is being implemented in the world today. Dana Rohrabacher's congressional district, CA-48, stretches along the Pacific Ocean from Seal Beach, where L.A. County and Long Beach end and Orange County begins, down through Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Laguna Niguel right to the edge of San Juan Capistrano. It's easternmost points are just beyond Fountain Valley and Aliso Viejo. It's one of southern California's redder districts with a PVI of R+7. Obama scored 46% against McCain and 43% against Romney. The district is wealthy (medium household income is $76,077, compared to $57,287 for the whole state) and white (69%).
Sunday again, and again time for my weekly rant....I do feel that I have been neglecting this blog recently, due to my concentration on finishing this course material for my job.... With changes in technology, it was a decision between myself and my company that some enhancement was necessary to keep my job valid. I am right now about to finish the material and write the examination this coming week... It has been very grueling and very hard, and has taken me away from other business...

The American war footing towards Syria plumbs a new diabolical depth.
Not only is it an act of criminal aggression against an innocent country – the supreme crime according to Nuremberg Principles – but that transgression would itself be based on another vile crime – the deliberate killing of children for propaganda purposes.
Rather than speaking truth to power, activists have been parroting claims by the establishment that the IPCC chairman is a Nobel Prize winner.

DCCC faves McIntyre & Matheson both voted to shut down the governmentI'm sure you already know that on Friday, Boehner surrendered to the Tea Party nihilists and the deranged Ted Cruz faction of his party and passed a bill that would shut down the government unless the Senate and Obama agree to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

European diplomats are holding Israel accountable over an incident where IDF servicemen attacked a EU humanitarian convoy in the West Bank on Friday. So far Tel Aviv has left the scandal in limbo, offering no official explanation for the incident.
Diplomats from several EU countries have spoken out against the shocking incident of harassing a person with diplomatic immunity, clearly awaiting some sort of official reaction from the state of Israel.

You need to make it impossible for the politicians and the chattering class to turn around without being told they are lying. This is about the only means left available to us to stop them from causing another Depression, stealing all of our money, getting us killed in a war and destroying the earth.
Just three weeks ago, Washington’s hawks, particularly of the pro-Israel neo-conservative variety, were flying high, suddenly filled with hope. President Barack Obama, having trapped himself with his own “red-line” rhetoric, appeared on the verge of ordering air strikes designed not only to deter Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad from re-using his chemical weapons, but also, at […]
