How Will History Judge Tim Geithner?
In her new book, A Fighting Chance, Elizabeth Warren tries really hard to find nice things to say about Tim Geithner. But reading between the lines, it's very clear that she had, at best, mixed feelings about his role as Wall Street's man inside the Obama Administration.

It's Time For America To Elect A Woman President-- One Who Isn't Jaded And Compromised By The Corrupt Political System
This morning, writing for the NY Times, Natalie Kitroeff looks at why its so hard for young people in New York to buy-- or even rent-- homes. And her culprit: student debt. "More students," she writes, "are taking out bigger loans than ever before, and in the last 10 years alone, education debt tripled, reaching over $1 trillion. A record number of college students are graduating knee deep in a financial hole before they begin their adult lives."

So What Happens When The Number Of Impoverished Americans Passes 200 Million?
We have been living for decades under what Catherine Austin Fitts calls the Slow Burn where all of our assets are stolen from us by the Power Elite on Wall Street. She said Wall Street has stolen $40 trillion from us over the years through fraud and coercion. And they will steal more. She was the former Housing Commissioner in the first Bush administration and had been the managing partner at Dillon Read. Catherine was run out of Washington for being too honest. She once found a single block in San Diego with $20 million in defaulted HUD loans.

By James Petras :: 06.07.2014

On May 2014 President Obama delivered the commencement address to the graduates of United States Military Academy at West Point. Beyond the easy banter and eulogy to past and present war heroes, Obama outlined a vision of past military successes and present policies, based on a profoundly misleading diagnosis of the current global position of the United States. -

I suggested that with anything involving Wasserman Schultz, one of the most transactional politicians in Congress, just follow the money.

Britain’s Noxious History of Imperial Warfare
The Blood Never Dried was written very much as a response to British participation in the Iraq war and although British troops have been withdrawn from that country, at the time of writing they remain in Afghanistan. Only recently British aircraft have been employed to bomb Libya, the country that has the dubious honor of being the first country to ever experience aerial bombardment, at the hands of the Italians, in 1911. Indeed, the aerial bombardment of 2011, in which the Italians participated, was an unwitting marking of that anniversary.
