The abrupt firing of President Trump’s key National Security Adviser, General Michael Flynn, after only days on the job, may be a blessing in disguise for those interested in a more peaceful world. It may also have been the splash of cold water that the Russian leadership needed to disabuse them of any fantasies or thoughts they would do good for their nation by cutting Flynn’s dirty deal over “peace” in Syria.
Earlier today, President Trump selected Gen. H.R. McMaster to be his National Security Advisor, replacing the short-lived Gen. Michael Flynn. Those breathing a sigh of relief that the rumored favorite John Bolton didn’t get the nod may want to hold that thought – and their breath. McMaster is not the man to guide President Trump toward better relations with Russia and less US interference in the internal affairs of others.
In fact, he believes the opposite.
President Trump has continued his practice of picking senior military officers to the senior posts in his administration by naming General H.R. McMaster to the post of National Security Adviser following the recent forced resignation of General Michael Flynn.
This came after the President’s original choice – Admiral Bob Hayward – turned down the offer.
By Paul Larudee | Dissident Voice | February 20, 2017 Nothing in Trump’s campaign resonated with the American heartland quite like “America First”. But Trump wasn’t the first. Remember Charles Lindbergh? He put “America First” and paid the price. Deir Yassin Remembered (DYR) also wasn’t first but neither were we last. The first DYR “America First” […]

-by Michael WolkowitzNo not Flynn’s conversations with the Russians. Not Manafort’s with the Russian clients in Ukraine. Or anything else from this century.Remember, earlier this century, when the current President (hereinafter referred to as “T”) took a side-trip from his crusade to prove that the prior President (hereinafter referred to as “0”) was not an American citizen? The one where T pointed out that O first went to Occidental before going to Columbia, and then on to Harvard Law?
Everyone that remembers the illegal and horrible war that the US launched against Iraq in 2003, also remembers the FACT that the US military used depleted Uranium munitions against the Iraqi "military" and especially against its civilians... The result of that horrible act that should be a war crime is that Iraq is presently irradiated with depleted Uranium all over the country and the half-life of this horrible chemical is almost 4.5 BILLION years!
In this half video for free, I discuss the historical circumstances and philosophical schools in the Roman Period. Still intoxicated from Hellenism, the Roman Stoics imbibed a syncretic blend of various philosophies that even included a vague notion of a universal “logos” principle, as we see in Marcus Aurelius’ famous ‘Meditations.’ The full talk can be obtained by subscribing to JaysAnalysis at the PayPal links below.
Many jumped to the defense of Dr. John Bates, the former NOAA employee who waited until he retired to disclose malfeasance in the science and management at that agency. Bates claimed he told his bosses about the problem but said they effectively ignored him. The problem is everything was already in the public record. I […]
I’m aware of two occasions in which the Science Guy has misled the public. But the New York Times says he's saving us from misinformation.
I was recently on The Opperman Report for an update on the latest news regarding Jeffrey Epstein. Ed and I talk about the recent nomination of Alex Acosta as Secretary of Labor. Acosta was the former US Attorney down in Palm Beach who oversaw the federal investigation of Epstein and ultimately paved the way for he sweetheart deal. I also touch on the latest claims by Virginia Giuffre that Trump Troll Mike Cernovich is acting as a proxy for Alan Dershowitz.

Many readers at this blog are fully aware of how this winter has been absolutely BRUTAL to yours truly in regards to my being in a constant fight against a severe viral infection and sinus/throat infection.... I have indeed been a bit "under the weather" for well over a month now, and only in the last week have I actually been feeling like my old self...

Wal-Mart in Trouble After Warren Buffet Pulls out $900 Million Investment
(ANTIMEDIA) Billionaire investor Warren Buffett recently withdrew $900 million worth of shares from Wal-Mart, leading market experts to believe the behemoth retailer is in serious trouble.
This is the fourth consecutive quarter that Buffett’s investment group, Berkshire Hathaway, has reduced its holdings in Wal-Mart, and their most recent downsize leaves them with virtually no remaining shares.
I figure I would start my long list of outstanding articles today by taking a shot once again at one of the biggest frauds in Human history...

Vitaly Churkin was one of the wisest voices in international diplomacy. His voice will no longer echo in the halls of the United Nations. Articulate, polite yet commanding, wise yet affable, he oversaw some of Russia’s and the world’s most important events in a position he occupied since 2006.
(ANTIMEDIA) When a magician is showing you a magic trick with his or her right hand, you should always watch what the left hand is doing. When it comes to times of war, one should always be skeptical of a government beating the war drum against another government or entity. Ask yourself: Why now, why this entity, and what is at stake?

By Caroline Biotteau | rabble.ca | February 20, 2017 The most recent poll regarding Canadian’s attitudes towards Israel has just been released and the results are telling. Quite strikingly, far more Canadians have a negative view of the government of Israel than a positive one. Even more remarkable, Quebec respondents have a far harsher view […]
Continuing to make America greatThe dark strain of American Know Nothing hatred towards immigrants is hardly new. German, Irish, Chinese, Jewish, Italian, Polish, Japanese families... have all felt its ugly sting-- and their progeny have then gone on to inflict it on those who came after them. So horrible!

I think the U.S. citizenry is being afflicted by a sort of mass insanity at the moment. There are no good outcomes if this continues. As a result, I feel compelled to provide a voice for those of us lost in the political wilderness. We must persevere and not be manipulated into the obvious and nefarious divide and conquer tactics being aggressively unleashed across the societal spectrum. If we lose our grounding and our fortitude, who will be left to speak for those of us who simply don’t fit into any of the currently ascendant political ideologies?
RT | February 20, 2017 Vitaly Churkin, who served as Russia’s permanent representative to the United Nations since 2006, “died suddenly” in New York, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced. Churkin would have turned 65 on Tuesday. The announcement “of the untimely passing away of Ambassador Vitaly Churkin this morning” was met with shock when it […]
(ANTIMEDIA Op-Ed) Milo Yiannopoulos has become the poster child of the alt-right, anti-pc culture. At first glance, the rest of the world might want to breathe a sigh of relief. After all, the hard right anti-establishment fringe has accepted a gay immigrant Jew. The times are changing, right?
As the hysteria over the wholly fictional links between the Trump administration and Russia continues unabated, claims have been circulating about a supposed Russian plot to overthrow the government of Montenegro so as to prevent that country from joining NATO.
To say that the ‘evidence’ for this is thin would be an understatement. The best summary is in the Guardian
Not only Russia, but the entire diplomatic community around the world is mourning the passing of Vitaly Churkin – Russia’s Ambassador to the United Nations.
Vitaly Churkin leaves the world as one of the greatest and most respected diplomats – here are some of his best moments over the decades.

After nearly 14 years of US military action in Iraq, significant parts of the country remain occupied by an ISIS that did not exist before the 2013 US “liberation.” The occupation that followed the 2013 US invasion of Iraq fueled the resentment that led to the rise of militants, which in turn led Washington to believe it needed to continue its military presence in Iraq, which led to the creation of more militants. It’s a never-ending cycle that it seems will be continued under President Trump’s new strategy to defeat ISIS.
