It's widely acknowledged that McConnell and the Trump Regime bribed Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) to change her vote on the motion to proceed with TrumpCare, after all her self-congratulatory comments to West Virginia voters about how she would protect them-- even if she had to be the deciding vote to thwart the plan to kick tens of millions of Americans off healthcare. Instead she was the deciding vote in the opposite direction.

Thursday morning, before Comey's testimony at the Senate Intelligence Committee, Brzezinski speculated what many Americans fear, that Trump is "mentally ill." On the air yesterday she said "I think he's such a narcissist, it's possible that he is mentally ill in a way.

I should know better-- I do know better-- but yesterday I told a friend that Dan Alexander's Forbes story about Trump and his contemptible family of grifters stealing charitable contributions meant for children with cancer would be the last straw, even for Republicans.

If you were watching NBC's Today show Monday, you likely saw Kellyanne Con-man making the case-- a case the Regime makes more and more frequently-- that the media should ignore Trump's tweets. They wish-- but that's how Trump chooses to interact with the American people. When's the last time he held a press conference like a normal president?

The House Intelligence Committee issued seven subpoenas yesterday, including one for Russian spy Mike Flynn and one for Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen, another likely Russian spy, often described as the guy who Trump replaced gangster Roy Cohn with, except without Roy Cohen's charm.
