California takes a long time to count its ballots because of new laws which include accepting mail-in ballots within three days of the election, following up with voters over mis-matched signatures, and the state allows voters to register on Election Day.

In the 1990s, burdensome regulations against cutting timber increased and even stopped in some areas, especially on California forest land that is 60% owned by the federal government.

California: Democrats hold every statewide office, both chambers of the Legislature and a 3.7 million edge in voter registrations. Newsom pledged to pursue universal health care that is estimated to cost $400 billion. California leads the country in poverty.

You know who I'm thinking about, not the run-of-the-mill Republican garbage who "just" want to take away peoples' healthcare and see them starving in the streets; I'm mean the real neo-Nazi's inside the pup tent. Many of them are in blood red districts that are infested with brain-washed Fox zombies, like, for example, Matt Gaetz in Florida. But there are a handful up for reelection today who could go down, as long a shot as each case is.

This isn't a new poll but it could be the numbers we see on our TV screens tonight. Say a prayer. A result like that in Texas today is going to be dependent on, among other things, Latino turnout. Virtually all polling models assume Latinos will not turn out in large numbers. If that changes today, say goodbye to Ted Cruz and... HELLO BETO! Nearly 39% of Texans are Latino. BETO will win if they vote today in larger numbers than has been usual.

We published this a few weeks ago for early voters but I figured I'd run it again-- with a bonus video at the end-- for Californians going to the polls on Tuesday. First and foremost on our list is the U.S.

The Bay Delta Plan that would require the rivers in the San Joaquin watershed to maintain 40% of unimpeded flow into the ocean, more than twice the current amount of water, which would decrease the amount of water to farmers.

After 24 years in the Senate you would think that Dianne Feinstein would have a laundry list bills signed into law that have helped her constituents but that is not the case.

It's kind of last minute to endorse a new candidate. But last week, Ted Lieu, the West Coast regional vice chair for the DCCC, told me about a candidate way up in the northeast wildness of California (CA-01) where the state meets Oregon and Nevada-- Audrey Denney. She's running against right-wing backbencher and Trump enabler Doug LaMalfa.

The memorandum combats burdensome regulations caused by lawsuits from environmental extremists that have severely cut water supplies to farmers, caused man-made droughts, and flushed billions of gallons of fresh water out to the ocean for "environmental" purposes.
