Wednesday night I went to a fundraiser Ted Lieu MC-ed for Randy Bryce and Ammar Campa-Najjar. Ted and both candidates made compelling cases for defeating the Republicans in a couple of weeks. And tens of thousands of dollars were raised for the Randy and Ammar Joint Victory Fund.

I should have gotten this out earlier. Apologies to anyone who already voted. First and foremost on our list is the U.S.

Victor Davis Hanson says that Facebook, Google and Apple brought $3 trillion into the state and, along with Hollywood and the universities, made rules that they are not subjected to themselves. In addition, 10 to 15 million illegal aliens crossed the southern border into the state.

This blog hasn't exactly been Andrew Janz campaign headquarters. He's way too conservative for us and I can't see him being a good member of Congress... no matter how hard I try. And I do try. He's running against-- arguably-- the worst member of Congress, worse than just a Trump rubber stamp; Devin Nunes has been an active participant in Trump's machinations and criminal behavior from the campaign right up 'til now.

California has issued over a million driver's licenses to illegal aliens over the past 3 years. Last month, the DMV admitted to 23,000 erroneous voter registrations. A research firm found11 California counties that have more registered voters than voting-age citizens!

I've been following Dianne Feinstein's sordid-- as in corrupt-- conservative-- as in from the Republican wing of the Democratic Party-- career ever since she was a member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, as a close friend of mine, also a member, used to complain about her bitterly.

L.A. Times this morning: "Republicans are at risk of a wipeout in California’s six most hotly contested congressional races, a new poll shows-- a result that could radically reshape the state’s political map, with major consequences nationally... The Democratic tide threatens to swamp congressional districts in Southern California’s suburbs that Republicans have controlled for decades.

In its fulsome endorsement of Ammar Campa-Najjar last week, the San Diego Union Tribune emphasized the contrast between him and the indicted (60 counts) incumbent Drunken Hunter. They pointed out that Ammar "meets the test of being a credible candidate" and that "he is far superior to the troubled incumbent.

CA Governor Jerry Brown vetoed a bill that would have allowed illegal aliens to be employed by the government and he vetoed another bill that would have established a "fake news" advisory board. Activists went to state lawmakers' offices and lobbied against both bills - and apparently were successful, despite discouragement from people on the internet.

Whenever governments take control over an industry, it is not long before corruption overrides theory. If one wants to know if net neutrality will be good or bad for consumers, just look at the strongest advocates. Why do you think that Google, YouTube, Governor Jerry Brown, and the legislature of California are so fond of net neutrality?
