South Africa’s Genocide Case Against Israel Begins at the International Court of Justice (IJC)

The 1948 Convention on Genocide defines genocide as "...acts committed with intent to destroy in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group." Israel has killed more than 23,000 Palestinians, including more than 8,000 children. An estimated 85% of the population of Gaza has been displaced.
