BLM Protests and Riots Have Led to Fewer Police Killings, But Civilian Murder Has Increased

Author Heather MacDonald reported that Blacks die of homicide at a rate 13 times that of Whites and most of them are committed by Black civilians, not police. Last year, 18 unarmed Blacks were killed by police, which is two-tenths of one percent of Blacks who died of homicide last year.
