The Tweet That Did In Putin's Puppet?
Trump is now admitting there was, after all, some collusion. And it was Idiot, Jr. and Kushner-in-law who were doing the colluding, Trump personally covering up for them and Trump probably directing the collusion, or to put it more accurately, the conspiracy to commit treason. Just look at the Trump tweet from yesterday above.

The Good Intentions Fallacy Is Driving Support for Democratic Socialism
Let us grant “good intentions” to today’s cadres of democratic socialists. Let us assume they are “thinking positively.” No matter. No good intentions or positive thoughts will overcome how reality works. The destructive outcomes of socialism will follow as history repeats itself.

Episode 343 – Debunking A Century of War Lies
[audio mp3="https://www.corbettreport.com/mp3/episode343-lq.mp3"][/audio]In the modern age of democracy and volunteer armies, a pretense for war is required to rally the nation around the flag and motivate the public to fight. That is why every major conflict is now accompanied by its own particular bodyguard of lies. From false flag attacks to dehumanization of the enemy, here are all the examples you'll need to help debunk a century of war lies.

Beirut Forum on Palestinian Unity and Justice: A Feminist Angle?
A Very Short Addendum re Beirut Forum on Palestinian Unity and Justice
For Stefan
A friend reacted to my post on the Beirut Forum of a few days ago positively with respect to the political analysis. He did have a caveat. I referred to the wife of Nabil Hallak, the principal convener, as ‘beautiful,’ which he warned me would be viewed as sexist by female readers in the current atmosphere of cultural politics.

Antifa Crashes Three Rallies, Causing Violence in Berkeley, Portland and Rhode Island
Three rallies to 'Refuse Marxism' were counter-protested by masked Antifa members. Police cracked down on the radical leftists, but allowed their masks to remain, which is illegal in most states. When Antifa is unmasked, they may be identified and held accountable for their crimes, so the level of violence is de-escalated. Antifa physically attacked people at all three venues. [...]

Washington Post Blames Iran For Trump's Unilateral Sanctions Against It
It is hard to discern on what planet Jason Rezaian lives. It must be the one where all nations and people bow to the unreasonable whims of some loudmouth in Washington DC. That is not planet Earth. Iran is not "stubborn". It demands its rights under the JCPOA. Iran is not a "pariah nation", the United States are. It was the U.S. that unilaterally abrogated the nuclear deal.

The Russian Su-35 is the plane the US Air Force should fear
The maneuverability of the Su-35 makes it an unsurpassed dogfighter. However, future aerial clashes using the latest missiles (R-77s, Meteors, AIM-120s) could potentially take place over enormous ranges, while even short-range combat may involve all-aspect missiles like the AIM-9X and R-74 that don’t require pointing the aircraft at the target. Nonetheless, the Su-35’s speed (which contributes to a missile’s velocity) and large load-carrying abilities mean it can hold its own in beyond-visual-range combat.

Sneaky Deep State changes narrative on Russia from “election meddling” to “election involvement” (Video)
With US primary elections coming in November 2018, the neocon-deep state faction of the Trump administration is cleverly scapegoating Russia, while changing the narrative on what was previously called “election meddling” to now be identified as “election involvement”.
Not that any of this matters, because we have, to-date, seen no evidence of “meddling”, “collusion”, “interference”, or “involvement”.
Nevertheless, should Republicans have a poor showing in the midterms Russia will be blamed, and should Democrats have a poor showing in the midterms Russia will be blamed. -

Midnight Meme Of The Day!
by NoahI thought Republicans were all for the death penalty for things like kidnapping. As of this writing, hundreds of children are still "separated from their parent." How's that for a euphemism for kidnapping? Court-ordered deadlines have come and court-orderd deadlines have gone. Our burgeoning totalitarian government has even stated that they simply will not be returning at least 600 children.
