The events of last weeks attacks in Barcelona and Cambrils continue to unravel into a myriad of complexity concerning key players and ‘whodunnit’. It is now understood that the deceased so called ‘imam’ of the cell, Albdelbaki Es Satty, was previously ruled as ‘no real threat’ as far back as 2015.
The man who stands accused of planning the recent Barcelona terrorist attack which killed 15 was a convicted drug trafficker whose nefarious activities were well known by the Spanish authorities.
This is just another confirmation of the dangerous links between the illegal international narcotics trade and deadly terrorism.

On Monday it was reported that Younes Abouyaaqoub, the terrorist suspected of driving the van that killed 13 people in Barcelona last week, was shot dead by Catalonian police.

Members of the Muslim community in Barcelona have taken to the streets chanting “not in my name” following the devastating terror attack.
At least 14 people were killed in the twin terror attacks, after a van was driven into the crowd on the busy street of Las Ramblas in central Barcelona and a car rammed into people in the seaside town of Cambrils, killing one, later that evening.

Any form of constructive dialogue with the West and its regional allies will only be possible after they stop supporting the terrorists, Syrian president Bashar Assad has said. He also cautioned that it’s too early to talk about victory in the conflict despite recent gains by Damascus.
A petition currently active on the White House website is asking President Trump to officially designate “Anti-Fascist Action” or ANTIFA, as a terror group.
Sputnik reports that terrorists have struck the Damascus International Fair which has welcomed visitors form around the world.
Four are reported dead as a result of the tragic attack.
This year saw the historic trade fair, the first in the Middle East open after five years of absence due to the war against terrorism.
