Pennsylvania: Federal Judge Rules that Governor Tom Wolf’s COVID Restrictions Are Unconstitutional

A Trump-appointed federal judge ruled that Governor Wolf's pandemic restrictions that placed size limits on gatherings, required people to stay at home, and ordered businesses to shut down are unconstitutional. The ruling means that the Governor can't do it again, according to plaintiffs' attorney.

Salem Radio host Dan Proft and I had fun smacking around COVID-spurred school shutdowns on his nationally syndicated show. Those shutdowns are inflicting so much damage on so many kids.  Some teachers insist that they cannot work again until schools are absolutely safe.  But as Thoreau said, “A man sits as many risks as he runs.”  Dan is doing a great job of turning up the heat on the teacher unions and the shutdowns.
