Russia gives UN forensic proof rebels used chemical weapons in Syria

The Syrian Arab Army discovered a large stockpile of chemical weapons in a contras-owned warehouse in Banias. It contained 281 barrels of materials that can be used to produce enough explosives to blow up all the cities in Syria
