Georgia Cop Illegally Arrests Passenger Recording During Broken Tail Light “Investigation”

A video surfaced this weekend showing fast-talking, southern Georgia cop arresting a college student, just for being the passenger in a car with a broken tail light, after refusing to participate in the cop’s sham “investigation” of a minor traffic infraction.
It would spiral of control in under three minutes.
The cop started the traffic stop by saying, “You’d better step out of the vehicle, ma’am,” to ‘Kaylin’, the properly seat-belted driver – whose name we learned from the video you can see below.

Southern California Police Abuse and Hospitalize LA Times Photographer to Protect Nancy Reagan’s Memorial Service

A Los Angeles Times photographer was editing and sending photos from his parked car Wednesday when he was confronted by Simi Valley officers who ordered him out of his car, then threw him down on the ground and handcuffed him.
All because the 65-year-old photojournalist questioned their motives.
Ricardo DeAratanha had been parked less than a mile from the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Ventura County where he had photographed a public viewing for the recently deceased Nancy Reagan.

But the Charles County Sheriff’s Office is still refusing to return his girlfriend’s phone that recorded the incident.

14 Baltimore Cops Raid Local Bar for Faulty Water Heater Without Search Warrant, Shut It Down

Fourteen cops from the Baltimore City Police vice squad were caught on camera this past February 6th, raiding a local bar, then abruptly shutting it down for business at midnight on a Friday night, after finding an alleged code violation, and all without any warrant, notice or apparent authority of any sort from the police officers.
Nicolas Ramos owns the 40-seat local bar “La Rumba”, and had the presence of mind to capture video of the probably unlawful raid, and to give the cops a big piece of his mind in the 4 minute recording below.

Cincinnati Man Arrested While Walking with Cappuccino in Viral Video Re-Arrested for Photographing Police in Courthouse

On February 6, 2016, Charles “Chris” Harrell was walking down the street drinking coffee while Cincinnati police officer Baron Osterman followed him on a bicycle. Harrell began recording Osterman with his cell phone, alleging that Osterman was racially profiling him.
Osterman’s actions in the video appear to validate Harrell’s allegation when Harrell, likely distracted by recording Osterman, crosses against a “Don’t Walk” signal on a street that is clearly free of all vehicular traffic, leading to Osterman stopping him for the minor pedestrian traffic violation.

Baltimore School Cop Caught Beating Student on Video

A Baltimore City School police officer was seen beating a student on a video that surfaced Tuesday.
In the video, the student is with his back against the wall as the officer is cursing and yelling at him.
The officer then pushes the student against the wall, strikes him three times, then kicks him, telling the student to “get the fuck out of here.”
The Baltimore City School Police Force is a separate agency from the city’s police department.
The school board said that the officer was reassigned, but would not identify him.

Federal Secret Service Agent Attacks TIME Photographer During Trump Rally

A United States Secret Service agent was caught on several videos grabbing a photojournalist by the neck and slamming him down on the ground during a Donald Trump rally that had been interrupted by Black Lives Matter protesters earlier today in Virginia.
TIME Magazine photojournalist Chris Morris responded by kicking the agent off him, then standing up and placing his hands on the agent’s neck to demonstrate what had just been done to him.
The agent, a young hotheaded goon wearing a suit along with a badge, gun and ear piece, appeared to realized he had just screwed up.
