Old fashioned “Sharpie clickbait” drove another Florida man named “Larry” into a sign stealing, protester beating rage.
So, Charles Brownett was attacked for exercising his 1st Amendment free speech rights.
But he plans to return very soon.
And all of the action was caught on a cell phone video that’s going viral.
Because “Larry” clearly needed that sign, more than words can say.

The Houston Federal Court Security Agent assaulted PINAC correspondent David Warden when he lawfully recorded outside of a Federal Courthouse on its sidewalk.
Just three minutes after Warden began recording in the video below which is going viral, a Federal “Court Security Agent” assaulted the citizen journalist on a public sidewalk, while demanding his identification.

A viral video begins with California cops berated, just for doing their jobs, by an angry man at a DUI checkpoint because the officers arrested his spouse and were about to send his only means of transportation to the impound lot.
Sole registration of the vehicle was in her name, and the man wanted the car released to him.
City of Gardena Police said that they could only release it to the named registered owner.
No if, ands, or buts.
A look at California law revealed, however, the exasperated citizen was right.

LAPD Cop Detains Man Filming on Sidewalk in Front of Police Station

Los Angeles Police Department detained and handcuffed a man for filming in public near LAPD’s Mission police station.
The citizen journalist tells the officers in the video you can see below on several occasions, that he is engaged in constitutionally protected activity.
Then, LAPD cops kept questioning him for recording video.
And spoke nothing of reasonable suspicion that Scott would commit a crime.
Because the police would be the only offenders in this video.

Ohio Police Arrest Man For Making A Facebook Page in Blatant Act of Censorship

An Ohio man made a satirical Facebook page, local police tossed him in jail.
This is what state censorship looks like.
Parma Police arrested Anthony Novak for making a page called “The City of Parma Police Department” and slamming the northeast Ohio officers with “derogatory comments” on March 2nd.
He’s due to appear in Parma’s municipal kangaroo court on Monday.
Satire is protected under the First Amendment.

NYPD Officer Chases Down Cyclist Over GoPro Helmet Camera, Says Photography is a Crime, Releases Him

“You can’t have a camera?”
“Yeah, that’s what I’m being told,” said Mike aka “Clutch1st,” the motorcyclist pulled over by NYPD.
“Oh shit! I never heard of that,” replied the witness sitting in his air conditioning truck.
That’s because it was another NYPD cop on a fishing expedition, who had no reason to pull over the v-logger as he rode his motorcycle on New York’s city streets.

North Carolina Deputies Demoted and Suspended After Donald Trump Rally, Involving Assault of Black Man

The appetite for brawls and violence at Donald Trump rallies has now landed five North Carolina sheriff’s deputies in hot water.
The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office demoted two deputies and suspended three this week for not taking action on the white Trump supporter who threw a striking elbow to the face of a young black Trump protester during a rally in Fayetteville on March 10th.

U.S. Marines Accuse Man Photographing Base from Public Sidewalk of Breaking Federal Law

A man who was standing on a public sidewalk outside of a military base in San Diego was told he was breaking federal law by photographing the entrance to the base.
“You are on my property,” said the United States Marine Corps military police officer, who walked more than 100 feet outside the base to confront him.
But the man, who posted his video on YouTube under the username The Junkyard News, insisted he was not breaking any law.
