I joined good friend Ed Opperman to discuss some of the latest so called revelations regarding Jeffrey Epstein and his sexual trafficking enterprise. I talk about the numerous armchair investigators that continually repackage old material as breaking news when it comes to this case. I go into detail about Claude Taylor, a low level Clinton administration employee, and his claims about both Trump and Epstein. Ed and I talk about the problems with Taylor’s story and his bizarre background.
In the first hour I am joined by my good friend Lizzy to discuss her recent work in Palestine. Lizzy just returned from the town of Beit Sahour where she was teaching music to child refugees. We talk about Her experiences in actually traveling to Palestine from the US and some of the bizarre realities of this process. I also share some of my own personal experience traveling to Palestine and my trouble when leaving Israel. We then move onto the issue of Islamophobia and discuss the realities of it and how it can subconsciously manifest itself.

Produced by Netflix and directed by Kitty Green, the film employs a novel approach to true crime documentaries: using an open casting call Green interviews Boulder area actors as they prepare for the roles of John and Patsy Ramesy and other major figures in the case, interspersed with some reenactments, and their own theories as to who committed the crime. We begin by discussing our overall feelings of the film and the merits and disappointments of this unique approach.

This lawsuit was filed by Jane Doe 43 and accuses Epstein, Ghislane Maxwell, Sarah Kellen, Lesley Groff, and Natalya Malyshev, of being involved in a criminal sex trafficking enterprise. I talk mainly about the criminal complaint filed by Jane Doe 43 and what it reveals about Epstein and his operation. I talk about the hierarchical structure that Jane Doe 43 describes, and the various roles that the named individuals were tasked with.
