The suit is very clear: Trump's private business violates the Constitution’s ban on gifts or payments from foreign governments.

"Trump's net approval sank to its lowest point since Putin handed him the key to the White House following the release of a redacted version of Mueller’s report. While 57% of registered voters disapproved of his job performance, only 39% approved.
Yesterday, Charles Blow, noting that obstruction of justice is a crime, asked-- rhetorically-- if Trump should be impeached. Everyone of the left agrees that the Mueller report is "a damning document" that details "Russian efforts to attack our election to help the Trump campaign and the Trump campaign’s eager acceptance of that help, it paints a picture of Donald Trump as an unethical man with no regard for the rule of law.
In 2018, Chicagoland Blue Dog Dan Lipinski-- who is virulently anti-Choice, anti-gay, anti-immigrant, anti-healthcare-- and who has a solid voting record for a moderate Republican-- was on the verge of defeat in the primary. One poll had the 2 candidates within the margin of error and the other showed progressive challenger Marie Newman beating Lipinski by 5 points.
If that were still the case-- required civics classes-- more people would understand the difference between what the House does (impeachment) and what the Senate does (removal from office). They're not the same and there was never any reasonable chance that Trump would be removed by this Senate-- not even if he did take a gun out to the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot someone. That just speaks to the nature of the conservative movement, 2019. You'd need 2/3s of the Senators to remove Trump. Where you going to find that?
Short version: Russia helped Trump and Trump welcomed their help. Whatever Barr and Trump cooked up for Fox and Trump's dumbbell 35% of the country, Mueller's report is a cornucopia of collusion and obstruction-- every damn thing you ever thought he and his treasonous enablers might have done. Mueller's got it all in there-- except for the pee-tape and a confession from Trump and his family of grifters.
