Former presidential advisor Steven Miller says that, last year, 180,000 migrants were deported and that 92% of them were either charged or convicted of a crime. ICE will no longer pick up criminals in police or sheriff's custody, thus leaving 12,000 foreign criminals to be released into communities across America.

New documents shed light on what activists are calling “a dark pattern of abuse” at a privately-run, for-profit prison in Virginia used by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

A spokeswoman from ICE reported that the two men supported by the demonstrators have extensive criminal records. They also are repeat immigration violators.
