Starbucks Says It Will Close 16 Locations Due to Safety Issues. Others Say Company Is Union Busting.

Four years ago, CEO Howard Schultz made the decision to open Starbucks' bathrooms to everyone, including homeless people and drug users, after two black men were arrested at one of his stores in Philly for demanding to use their bathrooms without making a purchase and then refusing to leave in protest.
