(REPORT) — On Tuesday morning, at the same time that Wikileaks was releasing the contents of “Vault 7” CIA-document dump, it was supposed to hold a press conference, which however was said to have suffered terminal technical difficulties. As a result, Wikileaks delayed it until now, at 9:45am Eastern on Thursday.

US Consulate in Frankfurt is a ‘CIA Hacker Base’ – Says Wikileaks

The latest batch of information out of what is being called ‘Vault 7’ from Wikileaks  included a leaked set of documents outlining the procedures for new CIA hackers coming to the US Consulate in Frankfurt. According to the documents the consulate is home to the Center for Cyber Intelligence Europe (CCIE) and is know for hacking operations throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
