Maryland Cop Convicted for Ramming Fleeing Man with Patrol Car

A Maryland cop who rammed a fleeing suspect with his patrol car was found guilty by a jury last Wednesday and now faces up to 10 years in prison, according to WTOP.
The incident was caught on the officer’s own dash cam.
Prince George’s County police officer Juan Hernandez was convicted of one count of second-degree assault for ramming 22-year-old Ulrich Boaoutou with his police cruiser as Boaotou fled on foot.

Rhode Island Cop Convicted for Assaulting Child while Suspended for Assaulting 9-Year-Old Sister

A Rhode Island cop ordered to serve 10 years in prison in 2014 after he was convicted of second-degree child abuse for choking his 9-year-old sister and dragging her by her hair was convicted again earlier this month for assaulting another child.
Woonsocket police officer Patrick Cahill, 28, was suspended from the Woonsocket Police Department, but has not been fired since the incident in 2012 after his sentence was stayed and remains currently under appeal in the Supreme Court.
Since his 2014 conviction, a judge has allowed officer Cahill to remain free while he appeals.

Louisiana Cop who Shot and Killed 6-Year-Old Autistic Boy Sentenced to 40 Years

A Louisiana cop who shot and killed a 6-year-old autistic boy and wounded his father was sentenced to 40 years in prison for the crime on Friday.
“He shot 14 times while my hands were in the air,” said Chris Few, the boy’s father, who testified in court about the incident.
“He just kept shooting.”
Marksville city marshal Derrick Walker Stafford had previously been indicted in two separate cases on charges of aggravated rape 2004 and 2011. The victim involved in the 2004 allegations was 15-years-old.

Washington Cop Sentenced to Jail for Pepper Spraying Restrained Man

Nick Hogan was such an abusive douche of a cop that not even his fellow officers liked him, calling for his termination last year after it was discovered he was having an affair with one of their wives.
So it is unlikely they are bothered by the fact that the Washington cop was sentenced to nine months in jail Tuesday for pepper spraying a man who was restrained in a gurney inside a hospital in 2011.

NYPD Cop Convicted of Raping 13-Year-old Girl and Forcing her to Perform Oral Sex on him

A New York City police officer was convicted Monday of raping his girlfriend’s 13-year-old daughter as well as forcing her to perform oral sex on him in his car after he drove her to a father/daughter breakfast at her eighth-grade class.
Vladimir Krull, who will be sentenced on March 6, is facing up to 21 years in prison.
The 39-year-old man, who has since been fired from the NYPD, was ordered jailed without bail until his sentencing.

Missouri Cop Sentenced to Seven Years in Prison for Abusing Boy Will Serve Only 60 Days

A Missouri cop was handed a promotion in March 2015, less than a month after losing his temper and throwing a four-year-old boy against the wall, slamming his head into a cabinet.
Leadwood Police Sergeant Jay R. Bellis also admitted to pulling the boy’s ears, causing them to bleed, because the boy had misbehaved at daycare.
Bellis’ promotion was short-lived, however, as he was arrested on felony child endangerment charges three weeks later, which led to his resignation.

Former Massachusetts Cop Sent Back to Prison for Child Porn After Early Release from Prior Child Porn Arrest

A Massachusetts police officer was convicted of possession of child pornography while on duty in 2011 after mistakenly sending a CD of child porn images to the local district attorney, including photos of himself masturbating to these images inside the evidence room of his agency.
Alan Vigiard, who resigned from the Adams Police Department, was sentenced to two years in prison, serving a year in prison.
