167 Killed Across Iraq; Concerns over 10,000 Women Trafficked into Slavery

Iraq’s ambassador to the U.N., Mohamed al-Hakim, called for an investigation into reports that the Islamic State militants are harvesting organs. At least 157 were killed and 24 were wounded across Iraq.
