Intense Fighting Continues Near Mosul; 219 Killed in Iraq

At least 219 were killed in the latest fighting and attacks. Another 55 were wounded. While on a trip to Cairo, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi warned that it could take three years for the Iraqi Army to be fully rebuilt.
