Since 2013, mainstream media outlets have been flooded with images supplied by a western and Gulf-backed ‘NGO’. With each successive image, indignant western officials continue their calls for another ‘humanitarian’ military intervention in Syria.
Our country was free before you decided to “regime change” us. We had jobs. We had homes. We went to school. We lived normal lives. Our country was one of the top safest tourist destinations in the world. Now we suffer daily bombings. We endure savage “economic sanctions.”
Why do you accept the war crimes against us? Why do you accept the lies about us?

There is a hypocritical disconnect in Western and especially U.S. foreign policy. When it comes to Israel, the US is quick to claim “Israel has a right to defend itself”. For Syria, that same right does not seem to exist.
Is Israel Defending Itself or Defending Occupation/Apartheid?
When Israel executed intense bombing campaigns against Gaza in 2008, 2012 and 2014 the US justified the attacks. At the United Nations on 18 July 2014, US Ambassador Samantha Power said:

The western media and politicians have been going all-out in the last two weeks to promote and pump-up the profile of what they are calling a “first responder NGO” known as the White Helmets who claim among other things, to have “saved 60,000 lives” in only 3 years of the Syria conflict. Is it true, or is this claim bogus?
