Russia Tells Israel To “Live With” The Syrian Ceasefire Deal

Russian foreign policy makers have slammed Israel’s latest statements condemning the recently agreed ceasefire in south-western Syria between Russia, the United States and Jordan.

LAVROV: US seizing of Russian embassy property “DAYLIGHT ROBBERY”

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has called the US seizure of Russian embassy property in the United States, “daylight robbery”. He added,

“It looks like some highway thieves are commenting on this situation”.

He implicated the Obama administration as guilty of trying to make thigns more difficult for Donald Trump via their preferred target, Russia.
Lavrov stated,

“…how else they (Obama officials) could ruin (Moscow’s) relations with Washington in such a way that the Trump administration would fail to restore them”.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov spoke earlier about the steps that Russia, the US and Jordan are taking to finalise the deals for the creation of de-escalation zone in areas of south western Syria covered by the recently agreed upon ceasefire. He also spoke of how the guarantors will in communication with both Syrian forces and their enemies from an operations centre to be based in Amman.

Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has expressed feelings of outrage and disappointment that  Russian embassy properties in America have been effectively seized by US authorities. It came as part of the measures Barack Obama took in his final full month in office when 35 Russian embassy workers were also expelled from the United States.
The issue was discussed during Donald Trump’s meeting with Vladimir Putin. Trump said that he will work with Russia to solve the crisis created by Obama in an expedient fashion.
