Who Orchestrated the Breakup of Yugoslavia and How?

Twenty-five years ago, on 24 March 1999, Operation Allied Force began – the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia that led to the country’s dismemberment – and the independent state of Kosovo was proclaimed. Yet these events were far from historically contingent, as some people claim. So who orchestrated the breakup of Yugoslavia and how?
These days, few remember that the Bulgarians were at the start of it all. Even the Bulgarians themselves don’t like to think about it.

US Neocon Foreign Policy and the War Waged Against Serbia

The ‘witch-hunt’ against President Trump over Russian collusion has officially ended, following the submission of the Mueller Report, enabling us to now focus on the real problems of America that effects the whole world.
In the hope of a waining of the Russophobia in America, let’s look at the US’s recent war history by starting with the 20th anniversary this month of the NATO war on Serbia in 1999 which amounted to almost 100 days of bombing of historic cities and infrastructure.

Oaked Fires in Serbia

They set out early in the morning, men with axes, boys in tow and, for some, the odd girl champing at the bit.  The woods are some way from Bujanovac, but these columns of individuals resembled statues who have moved off their plinths, heading to the woods that call them with mesmerising force.  The groves seem to speak in this part of Europe, where the Serbs still commune with a spirit of past.  Industrialisation has yet to kill off this element, yet to estrange the citizens from the south from their magical ends.

Serbia unequivocally says “no!” to gas from the West

One of the most absurd efforts the United States has engaged in involves a whole lot of gas. Literally. The US wants its allies in Eastern Europe to buy LNG from them, and has even helped build off-loading facilities to accept US LNG tankers coming across the Atlantic. Serbia is one of the countries targeted by the US as a potential customer of its gas.
There is only one problem. Russia has an enormous natural gas supply, and it borders all of Eastern Europe. But for the US, that is not a problem; the problem is… RUSSIA!!!
