Halbig was sued by Pozner in 2015, but Pozner dismissed the case on the day he was scheduled to be deposed by Halbig's attorney. [Apparently he was not willing to answer questions under oath.]

Jones' attorney says the child pornography was in emails sent to Jones that were never opened, and he denied Jones did anything wrong. Jones offered a $1 million reward for information about who sent the emails containing child porn to him.

This week marked the return of PPR to a live show format on Ochelli.com. In the first hour hour I discussed the under reported raid on the North Korean embassy in Madrid. I talked about the shadowy group Cheollima Civil Defense which claimed responsibility for the raid. I discussed the allegations by Spanish authorities that at least two assailants have links to the CIA. Later I talked about the ringleader of the raid, Adrian Hong Chang, and his strange connections to institutions such as Yale and Freedom House.

According to a parent whose child was killed in the Parkland shooting event, suicides are common following mass shootings and he claimed that almost as many students killed themselves after the Columbine shooting in 1999 than in the actual shooting.

Jones, who previously claimed that the Sandy Hook shooting was a hoax, told lawyers that he “almost had like a form of psychosis back in the past where I basically thought everything was staged, even though I’m now learning a lot of times things aren’t staged.” In his defense, Jones gave examples of false-flag events.

The goal of the lawsuit is to shut down gun manufacturers by making them liable for individuals' actions. While the plaintiffs will have extreme difficultly in proving their case, pre-trial discovery that will include Bushmaster's internal communications could be harmful to the company.

We talked about the dangers of censorship and what this may mean for the future of alternative media. Then we addressed the latest on the ever evolving Qanon saga. Robbie and I inquired how this may be related to the banning of Jones.
