Benny Wills invited me on his podcast to discuss the arts, comedy, masks and the fetish, psychological warfare, inf0warz, Hollywood films and their symbols, the meaning of “spiritual warfare” and where we are in terms of the big plan and globalization.

This story has been brewing for several weeks. We saw a few weeks ago how Michigan’s governor Whitmer imposed excessive and ludicrous guidelines on her citizens in the name of “keeping them safe” from the spread of the Chinese coronavirus. New York, California and New Jersey are among the nation’s most restrictive and most irrationally-run states when it comes to dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic.

Last week a hair salon owner from the Dallas, Texas area was sentenced to a week in jail for refusing to obey state lockdown orders to close her shop which the Governor deemed as a “nonessential business.” In this way, the government has been picking winners and losers in the lockdown lottery.

When starting this series, we fully expected to find really strong arguments supporting the position taken by most Orthodox Christian Church jurisdictions – that the parish temples be closed to laity during the period of quarantine imposed on most of us in the “First World” (Europe, the Americas, China, Australia, the Far East) by the coronavirus and COVID-19 mitigation efforts.

On Saturday, I gave a talk at the Pennsylvania Libertarian Party state convention.  There were so many great folks there and it was a pleasure to speak to a savvy, friendly audience.  Richard Schwarz did a pitch-perfect introduction that set the tone for the talk.  It’s hard not to like a guy who is always wearing a Phillies baseball cap.

I clicked on one Dr Phil video and watched like 50. Then I decided to make this self help videoDr Phil agrees: society is losing it! The world is going nuts, cuckoo wacko and I am here to diagnose the illness. I give my top ten, from entertainment to buttz, and hopefully offer a healthy alternative to each. Donuts, sports, Nintendo and beers are your end, oh man. From consumerism and fiat to MK and buttz, it’s time to get healthy.

In previous this piece, we observed the stupendous, but intentionally created, ignorance among students at Columbia University, one of America’s Ivy League institutions of higher education.
The students were asked if they could name all five types of liberty protected under the First Amendment of the US Constitution. The text of the Amendment and the list of the freedoms is given again here for reference:

Anyone who has ever eaten at Chik-Fil-A knows why they do so. The food is great, always served with a smile and graciousness, and the atmosphere is very high quality. But, it’s a CHRISTIAN company and so, all these great qualities just don’t matter to activist liberals.
