The move is not a shocker. The location is not a shocker either.Turkey has been clear that they will clear the PKK/YPG away from their border...The location has long been problematic. For Syria and Turkey.A route for the PKK to pass through from Iraq into Syria. Created by the US under the guise of "fighting ISIS" More then three years have passed since it was explained here what was really occurring in Sinjar, to the best of my understanding. 

Readers here were made aware in the post from: Tuesday, December 4, 2018- Indicator 6: "Syria’s Assad Has Gassed His Own People, Again" Bloomberg that the US was going to make this accusation.

Jihan Sheikh Ahmed, the Kurdish co-head of the Defense Office in the self-administration of the north and east of Syria, said she would welcome any plans to establish a no-fly zone in the country’s northeast to prevent attacks by the Turkish government.

As if it's a given... The self administration zone. Did Damascus ok that? Or did Usrael?

This latest news simply begged for it's own post. Keeping on with the theme of indicators that the US will escalate soon in Syria; After having documented 5 of them in the earlier post from today:

KurdIShIS: ISIS always helping the Kurds.  Always ready to serve when the coalition needs a hand to advance their agenda.Time and time again. Over and over and over and over.  Wash. Rinse. Repeat.How many ways can I say this is more of the same? And this news makes perfect sense considering all that has gone on, since 2011, with the Syrian destabilization. I've long been ambivalent about Sibel Edmonds- Here work has only appeared at the blog a few times.  An exception has been made for her latest report. In my opinion it's worth reading. Here's hoping my readers are as open minded as I like to think they are?I'm aware this news broke last night and yes I did catch some of the earliest reports.The imminent use of "chemical weapons" from the demilitarized zone has been reported for quite some time now.  It's probably been mentioned here at least a half a dozen times. Considering the FACT that Iran, Russia and Turkey have Idlib surrounded it seems quite sensible they have a good handle on the going's on in that location. Not perfect. Not 100 percent. That's just not possible, in my opinion.
