Rockland County officials issued subpoenas to eight people allegedly infected by the coronavirus to compel them to speak with contact tracers about contracting the COVID-19 disease at a party last month. Patricia Rupert, the county’s health commissioner, said, "Failure to comply will be costly: $2,000 per day."

Contact tracing was first rolled out in Singapore. The next phase is the use of robots to enforce social distancing. The robots are manufactured by Boston Dynamics with funding from Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) that is currently working on nano-tech for Bill Gates' new COVID vaccine.

The system will track real-time locations and behavior of everyone and will calculate “personal risk scores”. Those with low scores will be quarantined and denied employment. China's system is used to monitor people's social and political behavior to deny travel and jobs to those who do not obey.
