I have received a lot of comments and emails this last while asking WHY I have not posted anything concerning the fiasco happening right now in the National Football League, and especially the bullshit of the players that are acting like overgrown crybabies and refusing to stand at attention for the American National Anthem.... I figured that I would put in my own two cents worth here, and also present a most shocking new revelation that came out today that shows that the "league" has a lot more problems that it must address or it may soon find itself irrelevant and out of business!OK, first I must reiterate what I said two full rants ago when the first "protests" occurred after President Donald Drumpf came out and said that the players should all be fired if they refuse to stand at attention for the Star Spangled Banner.... I will repeat it here that President Drumpf is absolutely right in what he said in Alabama some two weeks ago (Yes, many may be shocked by my stating this, but facts are facts...) and that these players should conduct themselves with the respect for the National Anthem as DICTATED right in their own NFL rule book on player conduct...The NFL rule book states it clearly that the players must stand at attention during the singing of the American national anthem with dignity and respect, and those that do not are to be fined and/or suspended.... I see no problem at all with this, for the facts are that the American national anthem is NOT some kind of "racist" song or anything that these protestors can somehow claim... The anthem, even though written in the heat of battle for the forts at Baltimore Maryland days after the British burned the US Capitol in Washington DC during the War of 1812, has come to symbolize the sacrifice of those who have died for their nation and for the respect of the veterans that have fought in so many wars under the belief of a just and righteous cause.. Therefore I again will state that those who do not respect those individuals and the symbolism of the flag should indeed be hauled out of the games, fined heavily, and suspended... America may indeed be a wreck due to the criminality of the present government, but any protests against said government and even the President does NOT belong at an NFL game... And I will repeat it again that these players should therefore swallow their stupid pride, show some dignity, and shut the fuck up while they stand at attention during the singing of the anthem....BUT what I do find appalling and one of the reasons why I have lost interest in the NFL is the fact that over the last two weeks the league and the team owners have done basically squat in regards to the terrible conduct of their own players... And rather than fine these morons that play the game, the owners and league are allowing these fools to continue to violate the league's own codes of conduct and basically laugh at the fans..... And in response the fans themselves have been BOOING and now turning their backs on the league and the teams... It is no wonder ratings and now advertisers are turning away from the league and viewership is plummeting.... Yes, the entire organization has not only turned into a fiasco, but a laughing stock.....Now comes a most interesting and troubling article that I came across today that if proven to be true (and I have found nothing yet to show otherwise..) then the NFL is now facing a real serious crisis due to their own ineptitude in dealing with their stupid players... For according to the following report, courtesy of Jim Stone over at www.jimstone.is, apparently some shocking evidence has come forward that shows that last Sunday night's primetime National Broadcasting Corporation game between the Washington Redskins and the Oakland Raiders, may have given the league a black eye that it may never recover from... For according to this report, that I have right here in its entirety, evidence shows that the Oakland Raiders' own players may have thrown the game due to their Quarterback, Derrick Carr, refusing to kneel in protest with the rest of them during the singing of the National Anthem! Keep in mind, the offensive line are literally the guys whose job it is to protect the quarterback, in this case the star player who did't kneel.Amazingly, the circumstantial (and possible direct) proof didn't end there as the show then claimed that this same source also revealed that a local team reporter got wind of the story and asked a team official for comment. What he was apparently told in response has all the hallmarks of a team trying to cover up a major scandal."If you report on this, you will be blackballed, you will not get access to the Raiders period," the reporter was supposedly told. You can't have teams intentionally throwing games and have the league remain legit.We need a petition on the white house web site (for whatever that rigged POS is worth) to have Trump do an executive order to de-fund the NFL, which receives a billion dollars yearly from the Federal government to maintain stadiums. These players are mostly millionaires from playing the game and are signed under contract to abide to the rules of the game itself... Throwing any game absolutely violates every agreement and rule in the book and the players involved should be immediately suspended and thrown out of the game entirely....
