by Noah RedHat = HatredLook at these assholes in their little red KKK hats! Just look at them! Now, try to guess which one (or more) will end up being hired, either directly or covertly by the Trump-Pence 2020 campaign. Even worse, in the very possible event that Trump gets reelected, which of these "very fine people" will be joining the White House staff after the election, if not before? How many are on Stephen Miller's list of possible hires for a second term Trump administration? Or, will they go work for Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, or Laura Ingraham because FOX "News" pays better? How many of these gents will be featured speakers at the 2020 Republican KKKonvention? Some of them have already run for the House or Senate. How many more? Which ones are being quietly recruited by the Republican National Committee right now, as you read this? This group is, indeed, what the Trumpists mean by "Be Best."Today's meme happens to be sadly perfect for today. Today is August 8th. aka 8/8. Does that ring any bells? It certainly does if you are a white supremacist, a Neo-NAZI, or whatever other kind of Republican crazy you might be. 8 8 is one of the favorite symbols of the white supremacists who walk among us. It's a numerical code. They use it among themselves an awful lot. H being the 8th letter of the alphabet, 8 8 is the numerical code for "Heil Hitler" among such people, hence the name of the popular (among rightwing types) website and message board called 8Chan where the El Paso mass murderer posted his manifesto.Well, it seems that the Trump White House goons just had to (subtly, they thought) express solidarity with their Nazi base. It's a tradition in this country that when flags are lowered to half mast on Federal buildings after a tragedy or the death of a prominent person, they are lowered for a period of either 7 or 10 days; sometimes even 30. But, after the events of this past weekend, Trump decreed, on Sunday the 4th, that the White House flag and others be lowered until today 8/8, when the flag will rise again; thus sending a sly message to his supporters. Coincidence? You decide. I might respect your opinion if you think it's a coincidence, but I doubt it, strongly. You see, context is everything, and, Trump rarely misses an opportunity to send a sign to his white supremacist buddies. The identity of the person sending the message is part of the message itself.
