MH-17: Ukraine releases unconfirmed, possibly ill gotten flight data- Updated!

Possibly, incorrect because as you will read the investigators are not confirming the claims made by Kiev.Ill-gotten defined as -acquired by illegal, dishonest or unfair means. No confirmation which makes me question the credibility of the information presented.  Is this just a psychological operation? Lots of news stories with the sentence "Kiev says". Exactly as was written when MH-17 crashed. This still reeks of creating/controlling the narrative.Independent Dutch authorities have criticised Ukraine for releasing information 'too early' and say they do not know how Ukraine obtained the dataThe Independent leads a reader to believe the issue investigators have is with early release of information, but, that is not the case. Kiev's source is under scrutiny? And the so called information is unsubstantiated.

Flight MH17 was brought down by shrapnel that caused “massive explosive decompression,” analysis of the black box recorders has found.

The results, given today by Ukrainian security official Andriy Lysenko, have, however, left Dutch officials stunned as they did not expect the "premature" announcement.

His source however, is under scrutiny after the Dutch Safety Board (DSB) confirmed they did not give the information to Ukraine.

DSB spokeswoman Sara Vernooij told The Independent: "I can’t make a comment on what source Mr. Lysenko has.

"We don’t want to confirm or say anything about the information on the black boxes right now; this in the best interest of the investigation itself.

"We want to analyse [and] combine information of several sources before we bring out anything, so we can give a coherent view on the whole investigation.

"Bringing out fragmented pieces of information is not on behalf of the investigation."

UPDATEDWith thanks to Paul, because I did want to touch on this aspect of the Ukrainians impeding access to the MH-17 crash site- Not the antifascist fighters. The Ukrainian junta.

ECAC document on Code of Conduct on Cooperation in the Field of Civil Aviation Accident/Incident Investigation, with a few additions by the ECAC, fall to Annex 13 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation. This ECAC code was signed onto by Ukraine in Aug. 2013.A few things to note in Annex 13. 5.6 The investigator-in-charge shall have unhampered access to the wreckage and all relevant material, including flight recorders and ATS records, and shall have unrestricted control over it to ensure that a detailed examination can be made without delay by authorized personnel participating in the investigation. 5.7 Effective use shall be made of flight recorders in the investigation of an accident or an incident. The State conducting the investigation shall arrange for the read-out of the flight recorders without delay.

Access the crash site was restricted. The investigators were held in Kiev by the Ukrainian gov. due to safety reasons caused by their own military. When investigators reached the site, they were chased away with live fire by Ukraine's military. Also at the train station inspecting the bodies.ATS records have been seized by Ukraine's military and have not been seen since. The onboard flight recorders are not being read-out to the public, why? The law states 'without delay'. It does not say wait till we can compiles averything, it says now.Has it been established even who is in charge and what state is to lead the investigation. In annex 13, these are also requirements that should have been publicly stated by now. This whole thing is in voilation of the law, a complete clusterfck, and will turn into a complete cover-up for mass murder.

That's correct readers the parties (US/Kiev junta) with the most to hide have been all along impeding the MH-17 investigation!Just today--Fighting Again Forces International Team in Ukraine to Retreat

Ukrainian government troops are trying to retake control of the region around the crash site

Rather then allow the investigators in the Ukraine government decides this is the time to 'retake control' of the region? Really?

Sergey V. Lavrov, said on Monday that the United Nations should guarantee security in the area, and he called on Ukraine to respect a United Nations Security Council resolution of July 21 that called on all parties to refrain from any action that would complicate the investigation.

Yes, Ukraine should respect the resolution and yet the junta in Kiev is not. Why? This article from the other day, makes the fascist Kiev agenda quite clear. Quite explicit and this is not a Russian media reporting this. This is the NYT'sHeadline- Troops move on crash site, Foiling Deal

-Just hours after the Malaysian government reached an agreement with Ukrainian separatists on Sunday over access to the crash site -The Ukrainian military launched an operation to recapture the debris fields, again stalling international efforts to secure the site.

The reasoning from Kiev for this action is absurd. The rebels had made an agreement with Malaysia, they secured the site, they got the bodies onto trains. They saved the black boxes without Kiev. So, any excuse making out of Kiev is pure and utter nonsense. However, below is a sensible statement as to why Kiev is blocking access and destroying the crash site.

Alexander Borodai, confirmed that government troops were advancing.“The attempts to clear militia from the crash site irrefutably show Kiev is trying to destroy evidence,” he told reporters in Donetsk

I believe that is exactly what Kiev is up to. Destroying evidence!Previous post-
