We explore how the FBI, CIA, Customs and Border Protection, local state agencies and municipal police departments have been spying domestically and laying the groundwork for the “panopticon” for decades. Also on the program, we discuss various ways to build coalitions and engage the public as activists, through community outreach, media, music, art, and other creative means of communication.
