There is a double standard in applying the law as Democrats have not been prosecuted for the same charge. Eric Holder, the Attorney General during the Obama regime, escaped contempt of Congress charges in 2014 refused to turn over DOJ documents related to its “Fast and Furious” gun-running operation.
