State Dept. Says Dozens Maybe Killed in Syria's Douma Via Chemical Weapons

Following up on breaking reports! Posted in today's earlier post:Rebels/ Terrorists Claim Syrian Forces Drop Chemicals on DoumaSputnik

The Department of State also said that at least forty people may have been killed in Douma by chemical weapons, citing third-party organizations.

"We have seen multiple, very disturbing reports this afternoon regarding another possible CW attack near a hospital in Douma, Syria. Reports from a number of groups and medical personnel on the ground indicate at least 40 killed and hundreds injured, with many more families, including children, hiding in shelters but believed to be dead," the representative said Saturday. The State Department's representative also accused Syrian government of chemical weapons use, claiming that the past use of such weapons by the government of the Arab republic "not in dispute," and ultimately calling Russia responsible.

"We continue to receive reports and assess information regarding the alleged attack. The regime’s [the government of the Syrian President Bashar Assad] history of using chemical weapons against its own people in not in dispute," (Yes it is!) the US Department of State’s representative added.

"As we’ve said, Russia ultimately bears responsibility for the brutal targeting of countless Syrians with chemical weapons. Russia’s protection of the Assad regime and failure to stop the use of chemical weapons in Syria calls into question its commitment to resolving the overall crisis," the representative stressed.

Reports of a possible gas attack in Douma, Syria are spiking on social media. Stated casualty counts surrounding the incident vary, but some claim 45 people were killed and nearly 1,000 injured as the result of the attack, with victims showing symptoms related to the use of chemical weapons. These reports come on the one year anniversary of the U.S. attack on Shayrat Air Base in response to a gas attack on the Syrian town of Khan Shaykhun that happened just a few days prior.

The pictures and video that are said to be the result of the strike are incredibly graphic, you can check them out here, here, and here for yourself. They depict civilian women, men, and children dead with no apparent trauma to their bodies, but foaming at the mouth and appear to be asphyxiated. Other images show civilians being treated for the effects of chemical weapons exposure. The Assad regime denies that it launched a gas attack on the embattled town.At the highest levels, the United States has said it would not tolerate another chemical weapons attack by Assad on his own people

Perhaps USrael's terrorists are responsible- That I can believe! As stated in earlier post:

Syrian state media denied launching chemical attacks as soon as the reports began circulating.

Syrian government has stated the obvious- This never happened. Ya know why the Syrian government is telling the truth? Because SAA is winning this battle. The terrorists have lost territory- Lost their footholds.  There is zero need for Syria to resort to this type of tactic. Resorting to this will only bring  more Usrael interventionTherefore this is just more lies from the terror crowd. Usrael always looking for that desired excuse..
