Louisiana Sheriff’s Deputy and His Wife, a Junior High School Teacher, Arrested on Charges of Child Rape and Porn

Mr. and Mrs Perkins were each charged with 60 counts of production of pornography involving a child under 13, and multiple counts of first degree rape. According to a source close to the case, the couple was seen in videos and photos committing unspeakable acts with naked children.
