ISIS Attack Fails in Gwer; 139 Killed Across Iraq

Islamic State militants attempted to recover the town of Gwer in northern Iraq, but they failed. Bombings continued in the Baghdad region, as did fighting and airstrikes elsewhere. At least 139 people were killed and 67 were wounded.
