Paul Pelosi, the 82-year old husband of Nancy Pelosi, sustained a skull fracture during an attack by a man with a hammer. David DePape, 42, was arrested at the scene and is being charged with attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, elder abuse, and burglary rather than being released without bail.
