CONFIRMED: Turkey to end support for anti-government terrorists in Syria

In a seismic shift in the alignment in the Syria conflict, Turkey has confirmed it is ending support to anti-government forces in Syria. Additionally, the umbrella political group National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces is to have its recognition from Ankara withdrawn.
This represents Turkey’s position on Syria going full circle since Ankara entered the conflict in the year 2012.

Turkish President Erdogan wastes no time in using his new dictatorial powers

Turkish President Reccip Tayyip Erdogan is wasting no time in exercising his new supreme powers, granted to him in a controversial referendum on the 16th of April, 2017.
Both domestically and abroad, people are feeling what can only be described as Erdogan’s wrath.
The Sultan’s Neo-Ottoman Adventure is Opposed by the US. 
In Syria, the US is becoming increasingly exacerbated by Turkish troops and the Turkish proxy jihadist force FSA firing on Kurdish led SDF forces.

BREAKING: Erdogan heads for landslide win in Turkish referendum

With almost 50% of the votes counted, reports from the Anadolu news agency suggest that President Erdogan is looking to win the referendum on enhancing his constitutional powers by a margin of 58%-42%.
The regional breakdown of the votes corresponds with the political divisions of Turkey.  The traditionally more liberal regions along the Mediterranean coast and the Kurdish area in Turkey’s south east is voting no.  Turkey’s Anatolian heartland and Istanbul are voting overwhelmingly yes.
