This was Rachel Maddow’s Geraldo Rivera moment. 
On Tuesday night the shrill MSNBC host baited audiences with an extended monologue, where she could be seen wringing her hands in anticipation of ‘the big one’ – a scene of hype and overindulgence by the media which was reminiscent of Geraldo Rivera’ epic flop, Al Capone’s Vaults which aired back in 1986.
What followed was almost too ridiculous to comment on. This was mainstream media fake news at its absolute finest.

The Five co-host summed up Trump’s win and Maddow’s implosion…

“The Pulitzer is in the mail.”
“Remember when the Road Runner would paint a tunnel entrance on a rock formation so the Coyote would slam right into in…”

Maddow’s Trump hysteria resulted in her “televised suicide.”

President Trump weighed in on two liberal left lunatics in a classic twitter blast.
First up was Snoop Dogg, and his recent controversial music clip, where the perpetually stoned rapper brags about how he shoots a “f–king clown” dressed as Trump with a toy gun.

Not hard to demolish Snoop Dogg.
Trump tweeted…“Can you imagine what the outcry would be if @SnoopDogg, failing career and all, had aimed and fired the gun at President Obama? Jail time!”

The big news from MSNBC and Rachel Maddow…the scoop on Trump’s tax controversy, is that the President paid a lot in taxes in 2005.

Monday, both Rachel's researchers and New Yorker writer Adam Davidson made a few small-- but significant-- errors (and omissions) in the report that each filed on the Trump Azerbaijan scandal. Maddow's long, circuitous dramatic report-- once she got to it-- was just based on Davidson's article. As usual, she had nothing substantive to add, just some entertainment-value drama and random superfluous facts barely-- at best-- related to the matter at hand.
