The UN recently admitted that new cases of polio have resulted in Africa from an oral polio vaccine developed with support from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Gates pushes polio vaccines in Africa when many more lives could be saved with investments in clean water and proper sanitation.

WHO says a new polio outbreak in Sudan is linked to an ongoing vaccine-derived epidemic in Chad that is spreading into Cameroon. Two children from Sudan were paralyzed after taking the polio vaccine. Bill Gates has played a large role in funding and promoting the polio vaccine in Africa.

Only one child has been infected by the polio virus, caused by a polio vaccine, but the government now is preparing to vaccinate more than 9 million children - with the same vaccine that infected the single case of polio that created their concern.

Three infants reportedly died and five more had adverse reactions to an inactivated polio vaccine. Officials noted that the only reaction to the IPV is anaphylaxis, a severe allergic reaction, which they claim only occurs immediately after injection.
