Maldonado-Dick was pretty lucky to get the plea deal he got, especially since there’s ample video evidence available to secure a conviction, including undeniable evidence that the cop used his service weapon in commission of the crime as you can see below.
Jose Maldonado-Dick had no idea the buyer was an informant and he was being watched by police too.

The city of Miami is set to ratify a federal monitoring agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice, which will run for the next four years covering its 1,300 member force, protecting the Magic City and it’s more than 500,000 residents, which can be seen below.

It took Chicago Police over a year to release the video of Laquan McDonald. If a video is recorded and nobody sees it, then does the recording matter?
What if there wasn’t a whistleblower, a reporter and a lawyer who combined to sue on behalf of the public interest and gain release of the video depicting an officer shooting the teenager McDonald as he walked away from cops.
