Serial numbers of missile that downed MH17 show it was owned by Ukraine – MoD.
The serial numbers found on debris of the Buk missile which downed Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 over eastern Ukraine show it was produced in 1986, the Russian military said. The projectile was owned by Ukraine, they added.

European leaders are sticking to their guns on the anti-Russia bandwagon approach as the the European Council elected to extend economic sanctions against Russia for another six months, with the logic being that the EU still insists that Russia is responsible for the conflicts in the Ukraine.

Whenever something happens, the habit, as of late, has been to point the finger at Russia. ‘The Russians did it!’ is proclaimed from the rooftops, followed by a very shady story about how they supposedly did it. Whether it’s election hacking or ex spy poisonings, or plane crashes, the Russians are the ones who did it.
The narrative is that the Russians used old soviet equipment, from within the Ukraine, to shoot the passenger plane out of the sky. But so far, no conclusive evidence has come forward to back up the claim. The Malaysian Airlines doesn’t even buy the story.

Now the UK, which was host to the Skripal incident, is joining the members of the Joint Investigation Team in placing the responsibility for the downing of Malaysia MH17 over the skies of the Ukraine  with the Kremlin, once again.
