Carlos Moisés Guillén Alfaro, a 46-year-old pilot from El Salvador, was the first UN peacekeeper to die from Covid-19, according to UN officials. But his death certificate cites no cause of death, and other major questions about his medical treatment in Mali, where he was based, prevail from his family.
