President Trump signed a continuing resolution to keep the US government fully running through the rest of the 2019 fiscal year. The CR contained a $1.374 bn allocation for US border security, and that money includes and pays for the completion of some fifty-five miles of border fence (or wall, or barrier, or “not-a-wall” depending on one’s preferential phrasing.) He also declared a National Emergency, theoretically freeing at least another $8 bn for the continued construction of the border wall.

Press conferences with the president are not guaranteed by the Constitution. Tucker Carlson pointed out the irony of CNN claiming a violation against free speech as the network led the campaign to silence Alex Jones on the internet.

Following the elections, reporters pretended to ask questions of news value as an excuse for hurling insults against the President. Notice how these reporters are not reporting on Trump but criticizing him. They are political activists with press passes.

Trump wasted no time after the midterm elections to warn Democrats (ready to take over the House) that should they drag the country back towards Russia collusion hoaxes, tax return fantasies, or impeachment procedures, that this time the office of the President, along with a strengthened Senate, would strike back at Democrat leadership.
First order of business for Trump, fire Jeff Sessions and appoint as acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker.

Admittedly, the job of being White House Press Secretary is by definition not easy. Even in the days of President Obama, when the (mostly liberal) press was far more friendly to the White House than today, press secretaries came and went.

Fox News’ Tucker Carlson addressed on his program the problems with CNN’s “dual reality” in which he notes that the president of the news organization claimed that the way to success was nothing but “hard news, hard news, and hard news.” This piece was ironically called, “How Jeff Zucker made CNN great again.” Given the antics and the reputation that the cable network has earned for itself since this piece was written (August of 2016), it is at least

CNN’s Jim Acosta is a White House correspondent so he should, for the most part, just report the news and be non-partisan.
However Acosta has taken on the role of “resistance” leader,  winning identity politics brownie points from neo-liberal elites and SJWs, while often making a complete fool of himself for the world to see.
On Tuesday in the White House Oval Office, Acosta was unhinged, claiming White House aides shouted in his face to drown out his questions.
President Trump then pointed at Jim Acosta and said “out”.

According to The Gateway Pundit, President Trump owned CNN’s Jim Acosta after the reporter asked why a press conference was not being held following the deadly Charlottesville protests.
CNN’s Acosta asked if he could ask Trump questions and the President zinged him! “I like real news, not fake news – you’re fake news,” President Trump said.
