WATCH: Military Police Arrest Man for Silently Recording from Outside Air Force Base

It was a scene straight out of Nazi Germany.
Except it happened in the land of the free.
A military police officer at Luke Air Force base in Glendale, Arizona was caught on video arresting a peaceful cop watcher who goes by “Silent Citizen” on YouTube.
Because that’s his schtick.
Silent Citizen records police all while never saying a word, refraining from comments, insults or questions solely intended to incriminate the person answering them, which is supposed to be a Constitutionally protected right in the so-called land of the free.

FBI Threatened Broke Stoner at Knifepoint to Buy Bomb Supplies, Leading to Trump’s First Terror Arrest

The Donald Trump administration’s Department of Justice boasted about its first FBI terror arrest on Tuesday.
After an elaborate undercover sting operation, the FBI arrested 25-year-old Robert Lorenzo Hester of Columbia, Missouri even though the only ties he had to terrorism were the two undercover FBI agents, posing as ISIS terrorists, who paid him to buy terrorism supplies from a hardware store that they convinced him were for a bomb.
The agents came in contact with Hester after becoming alarmed over his comments on Facebook posted under a pseudonym.

When the reporter balked, citing her right to protect her sources, Homeland Security agents showed her a document stating they had the legal right to seize electronic devices without a warrant or probable cause within 100 miles of the border.

“Now, predictive judgements are no longer fiction” – ACLU video comparing “no-fly” and “terror watch” lists to movie Minority Report (below)
Federal “terrorist watch lists” and “no-fly lists” have grown massive, without a way or to challenge the listing by American citizens swept up in error.
An Ohio Senator recently signaled a willingness to push a bi-partisan compromise to fix the due process problem, by giving the other side gun controls on those listed.

Arkansas Police Escort Muslims Out of Shopping Mall for Video Recording as Citizens Photograph Them, Accusing Them of Terrorism

Arkansas police escorted a Muslim couple out of a shopping mall Saturday because they were suspected of video recording, which went against mall policy that forbids photography without permission.
But police did not say a word to the countless people who snapped photos of the couple as they were being escorted out of the mall, who also happened to be violating the policy of Central Mall in Fort Smith.
However, those people were not wearing traditional Muslim attire, which turned them into terrorists in the eyes of fearful Arkansas shoppers.

Middle Eastern Passengers Removed From Plane for Speaking Arabic

Fearing the worse from a pair of Middle Eastern men speaking Arabic boarding the same plane as him, a man shared his concerns with a flight attendant who quickly had the men removed from the flight.
However, the two men, Maher Khalil and Anas Ayyad, accused Southwest airlines of discrimination and called police.
When police arrived,  they interrogated the men and eventually determined that they did not have any malicious intent, allowing them to board the plane and fly from Chicago to Philadelphia where they run a pizza parlor.

Middle Eastern Man Kicked Off Plane for Watching News Report on Smartphone

Preferring to be safe than sorry, a passenger on a flight taxiing down the runway for takeoff noticed the Middle Eastern man next to her watching a news report on a smartphone and quickly reported him for suspicious activity Tuesday morning.
The crew members told the pilot, who returned the plane to the gate, so police could board the plane and investigate.
Police ordered the man and three of his traveling companions off the plane. Then all passengers were ordered off the plane to allow Transportation Security Administration to search it.
