The local news station glossed over how many people became sick. Instead, they tried to normalize vaccine injury by quoting Dr. Maureen Ahmann, who said, "I am not surprised if people are having some of the reactions like that to the vaccine. In fact, it’s kind of good news because we know they are responding."

The Italian media has reported on several deaths among hospital healthcare workers shortly after receiving RNA Covid vaccines. Mauro Valeriano D’Auria, a 45-year old gastroenterologist, reportedly died from a heart attack. He posted on his FaceBook that he had taken the vaccine for Covid and that it was perfectly safe.

Dr. Sara Beltrán Ponce was enthusiastic about receiving the Covid-19 vaccine “to protect myself, my baby, my family, my patients, and my community!" Sadly, one week later on February 4 Ponce announced she had suffered a miscarriage.

A man in his seventies received the Covid-19 vaccine in Manhattan on Sunday, and he collapsed within 30 minutes of getting the jab and died on the spot. New York health officials continue to insist that the vaccine is safe and, when combined with masks and social distancing, “will bring an end to the pandemic.”

Many nursing homes and care facilities have taken to offering bonuses and paid time off to persuade staff members to get vaccinated, but a Kaiser Family Foundation survey found that 29% of staff were definitely not or probably not going to get the vaccine.

Tim Zook's cause of death has not been announced. His widow Rochelle told the newspaper. “When someone gets symptoms 2½ hours after a vaccine, that’s a reaction. What else could have happened?"

There is no hint in Merck's announcement that adverse reactions, including disability and death, in the first patients to get the vaccine had anything to do with the change in policy, and Merck goes out of its way to say that the vaccine was well tolerated during the trial, but there is reason to be skeptical.
