Bannon vs McConnell
Who's More Damaging To GOP Candidates-- Trump, Ryan, McConnell Or Moore?
The other day, in talking about the immense value to Randy Bryce the Bernie Sanders endorsement was. I mentioned in passing how toxic most political endorsements are. No Democrats want endorsements from party leaders like Pelosi, Hoyer, Crowley or Wasserman Schultz. And in Republicanville, who would want an endorsement from, for example, Paul Ryan?
The Trump Wing Has Found Its Scapegoat-- And It's A Turtle
Fox was the only news channel not reporting on the tremendous losses the Republicans suffered on Tuesday-- not just in Virginia and New Jersey but, down ballot, in every state that held an election.
Distracting From The Distractions That Distract From Other Distractions-- Paul Singer, Rubio And Bannon
Trump-world generates so much hair-on-fire news... how does anyone keep up? For example, I thought Bannon's pledge to Trump on Friday night to destroy GOP billionaire Paul Singer for financing the Steele pee-pee dossier on behalf of Marco Rubio, would be big news today.

In this century, a new phrase to describe the accommodation of a new and undesirable order, that phrase being the new normal. That we must never adjust to the present coarseness of our national dialogue with the tone set up at the top.
Will Republican Cannibalism Do What The DCCC And DSCC Are Incapable Of?
A YouGov poll for The Economist last week showed congressional approval at 8% and disapproval at 71%. Yeah, Congress is not popular. An overwhelming majority of Americans see Congress as part of the problem rather than part of the solution. They're right. And congressional leadership is especially loathed by most voters-- all the top leaders' favorability has been underwater in every poll this year.
