2016 presidential race

There's Even Good News For Hillary And The Democrats In A Red Hellhole Like Idaho

Idaho is one of the reddest-- and whitest-- states in the country. In 2008, Obama won just 36.09% of the votes there. Only Utah, Oklahoma and Wyoming gave him less support. In 2012 Obama's vote in Idaho fell to 32.62%, lower than Oklahoma's and beaten out in the race for the bottom just by Wyoming and Utah. The state's whole congressional delegation is Republican, as are all the statewide elected officials.

The MAJOR Political, Social & Constitutional Crisis America Might Be Facing…

Thinking more about last week’s FBI announcement that the bureau would be further investigating Hillary Clinton’s emails – a decision that smells a little like a politically motivated maneuver to influence the election outcome – the suspicion continues to niggle that something else may be going on here. By surprisingly re-awakening the FBI investigation into […]

What Do People In Other Countries Think About Hillary And Trump?

I don't know who watches Samantha Bee's show outside of the U.S., or if it's even available in other countries but I had to get in the segment she ran on Halloween night (half above and half below). Pollfish asked 3,500 people across six countries-- Canada, France, Germany, Russia, Mexico, and the UK-- as well as Latinos residing in the U.S., to weigh in on the U.S.

Should HILLARY Now Step Down and Allow Bernie Sanders to Face Trump…?

I’m sure Hillary herself has no intention of standing aside and I doubt the conglomeration of corporations, banking interests and corporate media giants behind her candidacy would let her stand aside if she wanted to. But she probably  should. And I don’t suggest this only because I have problems with Hillary Clinton for several reasons […]

Will Next Tuesday Come Down To Whose Emails Shenanigans Were Worse? What Would Thomas Jefferson And James Madison Say?

First thing Monday morning the Democratic Coalition Against Trump announced they had filed a complaint against Jason Chaffetz (R-UT), the hyper-partisan head of the House Oversight Committee, with the Office of Congressional Ethics for his role in releasing information provided to him by FBI Director Comey.

Endorsements From Weird Places

The case for HillaryThe 3 biggest newspapers in South Carolina, The Post and Courier, The State and the Greenville News are all reliably Republican in a reliably red state. In 1964 South Carolina was one of only 6 states to vote for Barry Goldwater when he was crushed by Lyndon Johnson, 43,127,041 to 27,175,754 in the popular vote and 486-52 in the electoral college.

Trump's Longshot Hope For A Single Electoral Vote In Maine Has Largely Evaporated

Lisbon, Maine-- Trump's beloved "poorly educated"Tomorrow Bernie will be back in Maine (Deering High School in Portland at 6:30)-- where he earlier beat Hillary in the primary caucuses 64.3% to 35.5%-- vigorously campaigning for her and doing what he can to save the nation from Trump, who, back in caucus time, only won two Maine counties, Knox and Aroostook. Trump was back in Maine Friday-- his fifth visit-- this time in Lisbon, southeast of Lewiston.

Well, why SHOULDN'T the Wiener Guy be a playuh (THE playuh?) in these presidential election follies?

Oh great, just what these 2016 presidential follies needed -- the Wiener Guy is back!"There must be some recognition that it is important not to allow an investigation to become hijacked by the red-hot passions of a political contest . . . . It is antithetical to the interests of justice, putting a thumb on the scale of this election and damaging our democracy."-- former U.S.

The FBI, Hillary, Trump, All Just a Lark: Ever Seen ‘BREWSTER’S MILLIONS’…?

So Hillary is being investigated again by the FBI? The FBI just announced the relaunching of its investigation into Hillary’s emails and personal server, apparently after discovering more emails “that appear to be pertinent to the investigation”. It is hard to tell whether this move really is the serious threat to Hillary’s presidential hopes that […]
