Report of a Crime
We are by these lines approaching the Swedish High Court and their Chief Prosecuter Petra Lundh in order for her to prosecute the Swedish Government and their two Authorities, FHM(The Peoples Health Agency) and SoS(The Swedish Medical Board), for Crime against Humanity, including mass murder among the elderly in Sweden by their way of action, either by performed activities or by neglect.
Our board members have not sufficient legal expertise among us, but nevertheless, we are acting with our base in the so-called "common law" and what is considered as the moral and right thing to do.
This letter of Indictment is made in English because if the Swedish authorities are under such pressure that they will neglect the content it will also act as basic material for Intenational Corurts including a forthcoming new Tribunal against Crimes committed against Humanity, especially those that contradict the Nuremberg Code.
Specified Crime: In Sweden, the Government instigated the Commission of Inquiry, which came out with its first report on 15 Dec 2020. They stated that the first 5000 deaths recorded due to Corona was the responsibility of the Government, mainly due to negligence. (Summary SOU 2020:80 The elderly care in the pandemic (gov.se) specified page 10-11 In Swedish: Coronakommissionens största misstag – En revision -. Sweden, many elderly instead of receiving the best care, received palliative care with morphine and midazolam, two sedating medicines with the ability to depress breathing and thus risk killing people that already have breathing problems due to Corona and/or other airway infections. The organizers behind this scheme were The Swedish Medical Board, who even distributed video films to instruct the admission of this deadly treatment. By a direct question to them how many died from these "treatments" instead of the virus, they didn´t know. They also stated that this treatment is not allowed to be administered without the full consent of the patient/ their close relatives. Even in this case, they didn´t know how many were given this treatment without consent. (Reference 1 ) This could be considered a full negligence in not keeping record and even in some cases can be considered active euthanasia without permission, which also can be labeled as murder.
Although the report of the Corona Commission has been public since December 2020 it seems that the Juridicial authorities have completely missed the mass murder that has been the result. For a more normal death rate due to the infection, the case records of neighboring Nordic countries could serve as an indicator. The Corona Commission even point out the main responsible for these deaths namely the government. That means that a majority of the deaths are to be considered as "grossly causing the death of another" "vållande till annans död". In the case of those patients who were given breath inhibiting injections without consent, "överlagt mord" premeditated murder would be a better rubrication.
